How have I changed? I am getting more sleep, nearly daily exercise, eating better, and stressing less. Why and how? I simply took the advice of others re: time management and put myself first as my life allows.
I wrote that warning they give you regarding those oxygen masks that drop down in an airplane with a loss of pressure in the cabin: "If traveling with small children, remember to put your mask on first and then adjust the child's." I can't take care of others if I don't take care of myself first. Not always easy to do, but I'm trying.
